Footnote: Ren Ci Hospital is a charitable organisation with the mission to provide quality medical and nursing care to individuals with chronic illnesses. As its main concern is to maintain the affordability of such services to lower income families, the fees it charges are the lowest in Singapore (many a times,just a token sum collected). Hence, the Hospital has to constantly raise funds to subsidise its patients. The Ren Ci Charity Fun Fair is part of this fund-raising effort. |
