The Four Noble Truths are the foundational tenets of Buddhism, which spark awareness of suffering as the nature of existence, its cause, and how to live without it. The truths are the realization which led to the enlightenment of the Buddha. These have been the basis underpinning Ajahn Sumedhoโ€™s lifelong teachings as well.

It is of great blessings that we share with you that Ajahn Asoko, the attendant and secretary to Luang Por Sumedho for nearly 20 years, will be conducting 4 Sunday Zoom Dhamma reflections based on the book the โ€œFour Noble Truthsโ€ by Luang Por Sumedho.
